Clients are required to notify Travel Connect Chichester at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel their booking.

Below are the options and charges associated with cancellations:

  • a. Standard Cancellation - Cancellation with at least 24-hour notice: No charge.
  • b. Late Cancellation - Cancellation with less than 24-hour notice: £50 surcharge.
  • c. No-Show - Failure to notify and not showing up: Full fare charge.

Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time may incur additional charges. It is important to notify us as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary fees.
